The Manitoba Down Syndrome Society is an organization that provides support, information and opportunities for individuals with Down Syndrome.

Annual Events

The Manitoba Down Syndrome Society hosts an Annual Buddy Walk. This is a fun filled afternoon for the whole family that helps raise awareness of people with Down syndrome.

No matter what your age, all you have to do is put on your walking shoes and have some fun! By participating in this 3km pave walk (shorter walk available), you are giving people with Down syndrome in Manitoba a change for a brighter tomorrow.

2012 Buddy Walk takes place on Sunday, September 23rd. Join us at Canadian Mennonite University, North Campus, 500 Shaftesbury Blvd.
